Our client, an American industrial manufacturing and automation company, is seeking a Field Service Technician (Press Brake) to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Department supporting customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced OEM machinery at customer sites

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and safety

+ Complete service documentation and manage reports for accurate invoicing

+ Provide hands-on customer support and training while traveling up to 90% nationally

** What's Needed?*
* + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Willingness to travel extensively (75-90% overnight travel required)

+ Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
