Condo Care Inc. is hiring a Lead Carpenter for year-round residential and HOA repair projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who can lead crews, communicate with clients, and deliver high-quality repairs with minimal supervision.

• Siding & trim replacement
• Deck rebuilds & structural rot repair
• Window & door installation
• Exterior/interior residential repairs
• Punch-list & HOA maintenance projects
• Small project management and crew coordination

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methods
• Ability to lead a small crew and keep projects moving efficiently
• Experience troubleshooting field issues and communicating solutions
• Reliable transportation and professional-grade tools
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Someone dependable who takes pride in quality craftsmanship

• Experience with occupied residential or HOA environments
• Ability to read scopes, plans, and material lists
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• $34-41 DOE
