Overview
At North Sky Communications, LLC, as a Technician Fiber Installation, you’ll set up and maintain the fiber optic networks that help connect people. You'll ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and keep the network running reliably.

- Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services based on guidelines.
- Install, set up, and configure all equipment.
- Identify and try to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues.
- Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
- Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
- Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
- Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed.
- Perform work in all weather conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Valid State driver's license (cannot be provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
- Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
