Create, assign, and monitor work orders using Equipment Share tech;
Track machine service intervals and diagnose issues across hundreds of makes and models;
Order parts and determine root cause and corrective action;
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work orders daily;
Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required
