Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance person, who is highly motivated and detail oriented, to join our team at a Maintenance Engineer!

Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, motors, plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, sanitary systems, woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other miscellaneous equipment. Keeps records, logs tasks, prepares reports, and submits all requested reports and logs in a timely manner.

• Experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
