Plumbing Specialist - Residential Service


Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Plumbing Specialist with strong residential service experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, solution-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

This is a commission-based position designed for experienced plumbers who are confident in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and maximizing every service call. We are looking for individuals who are driven to grow with a company that values performance, professionalism, and accountability.

Please note: This role requires prior hands-on experience. Training will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential plumbing services including rough-ins, repipes, installations, repairs, and replacements in compliance with local plumbing codes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform cabling, hydro jetting, drain repairs, leak repairs, hose bib replacements, shower valve and trim installations, and other general plumbing services.
  • Service and replace gas and electric water heaters, including tankless systems.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and service options.
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and materials used.
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to commute to Auburn, WA 98001.
