Safely set up, maintain, and operate specialized equipment such as scaffolding, bosun's chairs, rope systems, and water-fed poles.;

Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure all safety and cleaning equipment, including harnesses and ropes, is in good working order.;
Inspection and Reporting:
Inspect windows for damage and report findings to building management.
