• operate various heavy equipment like dozers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment.
• follow msha/osha safety procedures.
• each day perform thorough pre and post inspection of the equipment.
• safely and efficiently operate the equipment to prevent accidents and damage of property.

• minimum of 3 years experience with a variety of heavy equipment.
• a self-starter who can
  1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision
  2) work as a member of a team
  3) manage their time wisely
  4) multi-task
  5) meet a deadline.
• have basic mechanical working knowledge of heavy equipment to perform minor repairs on the equipment and then report larger repairs to the appropriate parties.
• be physically capable of performing job tasks including safely lifting equipment.
• strong work ethic, the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
• the ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.

• $35.00 to $44.00 per hour.
