- Diagnose, repair, and calibrate HVAC/R equipment with precision.
- Be available for nights, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts.
- Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and safety equipment.
- Take part in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (iPad/cell phone documentation).
- At least 2 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems; refrigeration experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle heavy objects.
- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces).
- Strong balance for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45+ feet.
- Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
- Dexterity for tasks like connecting electrical components and precise measurements.
We determine pay based on labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $30-$40/hour, with pay influenced by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
