• Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in HVAC systems
• Basic understanding of HVAC components, including heating, cooling, and ventilation
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications and training, such as EPA or NATE
• Ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions
• Interest in learning about various HVAC systems, including mini splits, venting, and gas piping
• Strong willingness to develop excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with guidance from experienced technicians
• Support compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards
• Participate in routine maintenance tasks and system inspections
• Assist in preparing accurate service reports and documentation
• Communicate clearly with clients and provide updates on service progress
• Manage work time effectively to adhere to scheduled tasks and appointments
