Pay

$20 - $40 / hour depending on experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.
Replaces oil and air filters
Lubricates moving parts of diesel engine trucks.
Injects grease into units, such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun.
Inspects fluid level of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, etc.
Checks air pressure of tires.
Fill out customer service forms.
Adds coolant to radiator and water to the battery.
Performs a quality service of vehicle as designated by company policy.
Perform B.I.T. Inspections and complete paperwork.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements

Entry level position with minimal experience required.
Ability to consistently arrive to work on time.
Strong verbal and documentation skills.
Strong character and work ethic.
Dependable and responsible team player with a positive attitude.
CDL License preferred.

Physical Effort

Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place on the job taking distance and speed into account
Normal physical agility, which includes ability to maneuver body while in place
Normal physical strength to handle routine materials and tools
Normal physical strength to handle 50-pound object, taking frequency into consideration
Normal dexterity of hands and finger
Normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
