Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform soil remediation tasks and handle hazardous materials.
* Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring daily inspections.
* Participate in tailgate meetings and follow safety protocols.
* Maintain daily logs and assist in material handling.
* Control dust, direct traffic, and ensure site safety.
* Spot operators, identify utilities, and use hand-held equipment.
* Maintain site cleanliness and secure excavation areas.
* Install and maintain SWPPP measures.
* Communicate with crew members and maintain truck logs.
* Perform excavation, backfill, compaction, and trench work.
* Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
