• Ensure work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Complete diagnoses and repairs in HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, and exterior building and grounds.
• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
• Ensure all unit turnovers are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests to promote a quality living experience.
• Provide on‑call services when scheduled to perform emergency maintenance work.
• Oversee contractor work for proper completeness.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
• Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player.
• 2 years of building maintenance or related experience preferred.
• HCAV, appliance, or electrical certifications preferred.

Salary: $30 per hour.
