Condo Care Inc. is hiring a Lead Carpenter for year‑round residential and HOA repair projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who can lead crews, communicate with clients, and deliver high‑quality repairs with minimal supervision.
Projects Include- Siding & trim replacement
- Deck rebuilds & structural rot repair
- Window & door installation
- Exterior/interior residential repairs
- Punch‑list & HOA maintenance projects
- Small project management and crew coordination
- 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methods
- Ability to lead a small crew and keep projects moving efficiently
- Experience troubleshooting field issues and communicating solutions
- Reliable transportation and professional‑grade tools
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Someone dependable who takes pride in quality craftsmanship
- Experience with occupied residential or HOA environments
- Ability to read scopes, plans, and material lists
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- $34-41 DOE
