Description
This position maintains the Providence Mount St. Vincent facility and supports Plant Operations policies and procedures. The position is responsible for maintaining the facility's mechanical and electrical equipment in good, safe, and working condition and responds to resident needs for equipment‑related repairs.

- Upon hire:
National Steam Engineer License Grade I – State County City Trade License Authority or - Upon hire:
National Steam Engineer License Grade II – State County City Trade License Authority or - Upon hire:
National Steam Engineer License Grade III – State County City Trade License Authority - 3 years experience as an electrician, plumber, HVAC/R mechanic, or four years as a maintenance mechanic in building/facility maintenance with a working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building heating and venting systems.
- Coursework/Training:
Training in industrial maintenance; one year of school in industrial maintenance may substitute for one year of working experience. - One year of healthcare environment experience
Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
