Job Summary
The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment—including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment—while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities- Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
- Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.

- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and complete complex repairs on machinery.
- Apply hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting techniques to keep equipment operating at optimal levels.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 5+ years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty lines (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
- May need to provide personal tools of the trade.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Pay& Benefits
Base pay range: $27.65 – $38.02 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
