Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region

Pay: $45–$50 per hour (flat rate, based on experience)

Bonus: $7,000 Structured Sign‑On Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Final Trim Posi Track Operator who takes pride in producing high‑quality finish work and enjoys working within a small, supportive crew.

You will be responsible for final trim and site preparation work, operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer to precise levels and specifications across a range of civil and private projects. Training in our machine guidance system will be provided for the right candidate.

• Operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer for final trim work
• Preparing surfaces to final levels and specifications
• Reading and working from civil and construction plans
• Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
• Working closely with supervisors and the site crew

• Proven experience operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer in final trim applications
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong understanding of levels, grading and finishing
• High attention to finish quality and accuracy
• Reliable, safety‑focused and comfortable working outdoors
• White Card (required)
• Driver’s Licence (required)
