A hybrid role for a licensed Washington electrician who leads the electrical side of HVAC installations — heat pump and ductless circuits, disconnects, panel work, and EV-ready upgrades — partnering closely with our HVAC install crews.

What you’ll do
  • Lead electrical work for HVAC installs: dedicated circuits, disconnects, whips, and panel ties
  • Evaluate and upgrade panels and services to support heat pumps and ductless systems
  • Sequence work with HVAC install leads to keep jobs on schedule
  • Complete to NEC and Washington code; pass inspections
  • Mentor apprentices and keep work clean and clearly labeled
What you bring
  • Active Washington (01) journeyman electrician certificate
  • Residential electrical and panel‑upgrade experience
  • Familiarity with HVAC electrical requirements (heat pumps, mini‑splits)
  • Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Team‑first, detail‑oriented approach
