Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure in assigned areas;
Assist with the repair of building systems, equipment, and grounds;
Support general facility upkeep including minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and lighting repairs;
Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and escalate complex issues;
Inspect and maintain rooftop HVAC units and related components and monitor HVAC systems including VAV boxes
