Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Solar Installer you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Install solar panels according to company guidelines and safety protocols
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum efficiency
• Connect panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed panels
• Troubleshoot any issues with existing systems
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in solar installation preferred but not required
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
