Pest Control Technician

Join a team of Pest Control Technicians performing industry‑leading pest management services for residential customers. In this role you will identify and eliminate pests, conduct thorough inspections, and provide preventative advice while adhering to safety regulations.

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining an insect‑free environment.
• Provide advice to reduce future infestation risk.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and support sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment, ensuring it is properly stocked and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company‑provided service vehicle.
• Work in confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, passageways, and around animals, insects, and termites.
• Handle mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals with proper training.
• Work indoors and outdoors in local weather conditions using company‑provided gear.
• Engage in physical activities such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and moving up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

• Clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers require a proper seal).
• High‑school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence (company vehicle & gas card provided).
• Required licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, or local regulations (covered by the company).
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow in pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for product label instructions.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.
• Hourly base pay: $17.00 – $23.00, with potential for overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance bonuses.
