We have multiple restaurant TI projects already lined up for the next few months, and we are looking for someone who wants steady construction work and the opportunity to take a leadership role on job sites.
Our team is small, skilled, and tight-knit. We always hold multiple Washington 01 licenses to support needed LNI ratios for earning hours and supervision, take pride in our work, and value being part of the Seattle community.
If you have strong experience in commercial construction plumbing, we can also provide 01 hours for plumbers working toward their license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the physical demands of commercial construction plumbing, including lifting up to 75 lbs, working on ladders or lifts, and frequent bending, kneeling, and overhead work and digging and excavation as needed.
What You'll DoInstall plumbing systems in commercial construction and TI projects
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Size and install waste and vent systems
Install and work with commercial gas piping systems
Lead plumbing installation on job sites and coordinate with other trades
Test and inspect plumbing systems to ensure proper operation
Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction
Ensure work meets Washington plumbing code and safety standards
What We're Looking For Recent experience in commercial construction plumbing
Experience with restaurant plumbing projects strongly preferred
Knowledge of waste system sizing and installation
Experience with commercial gas piping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
