Endurance Energy is seeking a welder to join its team, partnering with engineers to develop welding processes, fabricate heat‑exchanger designs, and establish repeatable manufacturing processes for subsea geothermal power plants.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience with GTAW and handheld laser welding of stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium while helping us manufacture the world’s first subsea geothermal power plant and support rapid prototyping in a fast‑paced environment.
