Job Title

Technician

Job Summary

Performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment—including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment—to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
  • Work in a safety‑focused environment.
  • Provide tools of the trade as needed.
  • Adjust to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
  • 5+ years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $27.65 – $38.02 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
