King County Fleet Services is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on light to medium‑duty vehicles and equipment. The role includes up‑fitting and preparing new vehicles for service, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing diverse systems.
The ideal candidate has experience with gas and diesel engines or formal auto mechanics training, is able to read manuals and diagrams, and can document work orders using our automated system.
