Plumber

Location: West Seattle, WA (primarily West Seattle with occasional work throughout the Seattle area)

Pay: $50 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Install and replace water heaters
• Install and service tankless water heaters
• Diagnose and repair plumbing leaks
• Install and rebuild toilets, shower, kitchen and bath fixtures
• Perform residential repipes
• Complete wide range of residential service plumbing
• Perform occasional commercial service work for restaurants, schools, businesses, and studios
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and recommend quality, long-lasting solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers throughout each job

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experienced soldering copper piping (not often used but a skill we are looking for)
• Comfortable using big to small power tools and heavy plumbing equipment
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Think ahead, plans the work, and arrives prepared
• Takes ownership of each job from start to finish
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continue advancing your skills
• Installs plumbing with quality and longevity in mind
• Takes pride in preventing callbacks through attention to detail

• $50 per hour depending on experience
