Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance checks on rental flooring equipment before and after use.
- Report machine condition to Management.
- Perform repairs of rental flooring equipment as needed, including checking electrical continuity, wiring faults, and tagging equipment for rental-ready status.
- Demonstrate equipment for customers.
- Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment and parts.
- Complete other duties assigned as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic knowledge of electrical equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of relevant tools.
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Compensation Range: $24.05 - $36.05
