Compensation range: $24.84 - $28.39 per hour
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Location: South Seattle, WA
Hours: Monday - Friday;
Day Shift 6:00 am - 4:00 pm and Night shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm plus overtime
The Installer III leads project teams of the highest complexity in the adds, moves and changes of furniture at customer sites. Serves as a main point of contact for both performing installation and directing installation teams. Plans workflow, directs work of installers, resolves installation problems, and manages all administrative paperwork. Works closely with customer to ensure customer's satisfaction with the installation.
Essential Functions:
- Effectively works with installation packages (including blueprints, elevations, typical and specifications) performs all needed tasks to stage the job sites.
- Properly disassembles and reassembles all systems furniture regardless of manufacturer.
- Properly installs all forms of wall attachments (i.e., white boards. Egan boards, wall channels, panel attachment brackets, etc.).
- Creative solutions to resolve problems that emerge during the installation.
- Provides leadership for installation teams on projects with significant complexity.
- Effectively interacts with customers, trades, colleagues, subs, and temps. Works effectively with tradesmen (e.g., electricians, cablers, etc.).

- Provides training for installers (and temps/contractors) in the correct methods and resolution of installation problems. Monitors work of installers to ensure proper installation.
Qualifications:
Education/
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Eight years or more of related work experience; installation of commercial office furniture experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have experience with of blueprints, elevations, typical and specifications.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year leading and managing people in a team-based environment.
- Must be able to drive 24 ft. trucks (no CDL required).
- Must have a valid driver's license in the state of Washington and maintain a good driving record (as defined by Splice).
- Understanding and knowledge of services offered (Furniture industry) willing to learn.
- Must be able to provide own tool set (Company does not provide, nor pay for, tools used at the job site).
- Mindful of maintaining safety in the work environment.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products:
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
