* About the Role:

* Access is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fork Lift Operator / Record Center Specialist to join our team at our Sea Tac, WA location. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and processing our clients' physical records, ensuring order accuracy, and upholding safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with potential for hire.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Process and fulfill daily incoming and outgoing work orders

+ Scan barcodes and manage inventory using provided technology

+ Investigate and resolve order discrepancies

+ Retrieve and file records (containers, files, and tapes), ensuring timely placement

+ Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans

+ Maintain, inspect, and operate forklifts and other equipment safely

+ Keep assigned work spaces clean and organized

+ Participate in safety and compliance training

+ Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly

+ Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with supervisors

+ Perform other duties as assigned

** Physical & Safety Requirements:*
* + Ability to lift and move boxes and materials

+ Forklift certification preferred (training may be provided)

+ Must wear steel or composite-toed shoes

+ PPE provided as required

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-2 years experience in a warehouse, physical records environment, or service industry preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
