Field Service Technician

$90, Total Compensations (Salary + Pier Diem, On-Call Pay)

A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Service Technician based in the Greater Seattle area to support customer sites throughout the Pacific Northwest (PNW). In this role, you'll install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial printing and packaging equipment while working directly with customers at their facilities. You'll receive hands-on training with advanced electro-mechanical and electronic systems, provide technical support, train customers on equipment operation, and build strong customer relationships.

This position offers extensive travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and the opportunity to develop specialized technical expertise while working independently in the field. Success in the role is driven by strong troubleshooting skills, customer service, technical aptitude, and the ability to represent the company professionally at customer sites.
