Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our single-family rental homes in Seattle and surrounding markets. You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC (minor), and appliances while delivering excellent resident service.
Requirements include a high school diploma, OSHA 10, EPA/HVAC certifications (plus CPO a bonus), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. We offer growth, a collaborative team, and competitive compensation.
