University of Washington Medical Center - Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for an HVAC Mechanic to join their trades and facilities team.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS- 100% FTE
- Day Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration control systems. UWMC uses Johnson Controls systems and Metasys.
- Fabricate and install temperature and humidity controls; assist with system design.
- Use specialized tools for repair and calibration.
- Manage inventory of control parts and components.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Completion of a four-year approved institution course as a Control Technician Trainee; OR four years of applicable experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control systems.
- Vocational or trade school training in control mechanisms may be substituted, year-for-year, for work experience up to a maximum of two years.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration
$41.19 hourly
Pay Range Maximum:$59.90 hourly
