Full Job Description

• Lead roofing repair projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
• Supervise and coordinate roofing cleaning operations, including debris removal, moss treatment, and surface preparation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other equipment to perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assess project requirements.
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for roofing repair, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support project needs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Proven experience in construction with a focus on roofing or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofs, or flat roof membranes.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Prior experience leading or supervising construction teams on-site.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and hazardous materials handling.
