ScheduleFull-time preferred. Part-time may be considered. Day shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available depending on workload and weather.
Flat Roof Pros is hiring roofers and roofing helpers for steady roofing work across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in the Greater Seattle Area. Experience is welcome, but not required for helper roles. If you are new to roofing and ready to work, we can train you on the job.
Location OfficeAuburn, WA 98002, work is in person at job sites throughout the Greater Seattle Area
Pay$27.00-$32.00 per hour. Final rate depends on experience and skill level. Overtime is paid when applicable.
What You'll Do- Install and repair different roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, shingles, and silicone coatings
- Help with roof repairs, tear-offs, prep work, cleanup, and material handling
- Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Follow safety rules and work as part of a crew
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required for helper roles
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be reliable, on time, and ready to work with a crew
- Must have reliable transportation to the Auburn office or job sites
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
- Must be able to communicate with supervisors and crew members
- Full-time preferred
- Part-time may be considered
