Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of windows and doors at various customer sites across the region.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Educate clients on the proper care and maintenance of Marvin products to maintain functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines during onsite visits.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Offer feedback to engineering teams on product performance trends and service issues from the customer perspective.
• Maintain a schedule of visits and communicate effectively with customers to minimize disruptions.
