This role is crucial in providing top-tier customer service and expert technical support for Canon's innovative digital imaging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Canon digital imaging products at customer sites
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and calibrations to ensure equipment performs optimally
- Providing hands-on training to customers on how to use Canon products effectively
- Preparing detailed service reports and maintaining records of customer interactions
- Managing onsite inventory of parts and tools required for product servicing
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to all company guidelines and safety standards during site visits
