Four Tiers Contracting
Lead Carpenter - $40-$60/hr

Greater Seattle Area | Full-Time

Lead the Crew. Own the Site. Build Something That Matters.

Four Tiers Contracting is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter who can take ownership of residential projects, run a crew, and manage a job site independently from start to finish.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trades, takes pride in quality work, and can be trusted to keep a project moving without needing constant supervision. You should be equally comfortable working with tools, directing a crew, communicating with homeowners, solving problems in the field, and making sure the job is completed safely and professionally.

Four Tiers Contracting is a residential general contractor serving the Greater Seattle area, specializing in remodels, renovations, handyman projects, and residential improvements.

Our company was founded by two former foster youth with a mission that extends beyond construction. We believe the trades can create independence, confidence, opportunity, and a genuine career path. Part of that mission is creating opportunities for young people entering the trades and giving experienced team members the chance to mentor and develop them.

We are looking for an excellent carpenter and leader who believes in doing great work, treating people well, and helping others become better at what they do.
