Experienced Painter

We are a reputable painting company located in Washington seeking an experienced painter to join our team As a painter you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings This position requires a skilled individual with attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Prepare surfaces by scraping sanding and priming before painting
• Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes rollers or sprayers
• Ensure surfaces are properly covered and protected from paint splatters
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines while working on ladders or scaffolding
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations on color schemes and finishes

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a painter
• Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of different types of paints and their applications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Physically fit with the ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Nepali is a plus
• Valid work permit for foreigners preferred

Salary Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month Salary may increase based on performance
