We are seeking a motivated Service Technician for a full-time, on-site temp-to-hire opportunity in the Eastside Seattle area. As a Service Technician, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, calibrate, and support customer equipment while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate customer equipment according to established service procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and recommend appropriate repair or service solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email while providing service updates, repair estimates, and technical guidance.
- Coordinate service requests, equipment returns, shipment logistics, and internal communication to support a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation, service records, and routine activity reports.
- Perform occasional on‑site customer visits for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and support within the assigned service area.
- Pay range: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour.

- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate technical customer equipment.
- Provide customer support, repair recommendations, and service coordination by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, repair records, and activity reports.
- Support occasional field service visits for equipment inspection and troubleshooting.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Service Technician, Equipment Technician, Mechanical Technician, or in a similar technical repair role.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues using detailed procedures and technical instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer service approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and proactive in solving problems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Japanese, or another language.
- Experience supporting equipment in manufacturing, laboratory, food production, agricultural, healthcare, scientific, or industrial environments.
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Experience with equipment calibration, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, or precision technical repair.
