Now Hiring:
Foster Care Caseworker - Bachelor Degree in Human Services (including but not limited to: Psychology, Sociology, Criminology or other Social Services Degree)

Join our Team! Blueprints is hiring a Foster Care Caseworker. The Caseworker will represent Blueprints within the social services community and serve as a liaison in collaborative agency efforts. Maintain a caseload of clients, establish positive relationships with each client and foster family and ensure all program and treatment goals are being addressed and attained. Develop and implement an individual service plan for each assigned client through collaboration with foster care staff and placing agency representative.

  • Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Times/Days may vary)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Maintain consistent attendance and comply with all agency and contractual requirements, including timely completion of paperwork and adherence to regulations.
  • Uphold and represent the agency’s mission, policies, and procedures within the community.
  • Implement assigned SWAN services according to established benchmarks.
  • Attend required meetings and act as a liaison between Blueprints and other social service agencies.
  • Manage a caseload by building strong relationships, developing individualized service plans, and ensuring progress toward treatment goals.
  • Monitor participant progress through regular contact, collaboration with treatment teams, and updates to referring agencies.
  • Participate in court hearings and agency‑scheduled meetings related to participants.
  • Provide 24/7 crisis intervention through participation in an on‑call rotation.
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources to assess participant needs and make appropriate referrals.
  • Assist with foster parent training, support groups, and annual home re‑evaluations.
  • Provide in‑home training to foster families and maintain required face‑to‑face contact with participants.
  • Support additional caseload needs, help recruit foster parents, and offer services to birth families when needed.
