• Caseloads designed for quality, not overload
• Clinical supervision and support from licensed clinical leads
• Ten paid hours annually toward licensure maintenance

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Successful background check before employment begins
• K–12 school‑based experience preferred
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
• Bonus points for fluency in a global language (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)

W2: $100-$125,000 annually
