Low Income Housing Institute is seeking a Supportive Services Case Manager in Seattle to assist formerly homeless and asylum-seeking individuals in stabilizing in permanent housing. Responsibilities include providing case management, coordinating with community agencies, and fostering community-building activities. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least two years of experience with diverse populations.
