Washington | Full-Time (4/10 Schedule)

You will be building a clinical bridge: managing high‑acuity individuals transitioning from city and county jails back into the community. By providing stable medication management, forensic diversion, and integrated physical‑psychic triage, you ensure that medical crises do not derail psychiatric progress.

• The 4/10 Model: Enjoy a permanent four‑day work week with no call, no weekends, and no after‑hours requirements.
• Deliberate Scheduling: 90‑minute new evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑ups. You will see only 12–15 patients per day.
• Field Engagement: Partner with forensic teams for warm hand‑offs in jails and community settings‑meeting patients where they are to build essential rapport.
• Strict Boundaries: Our Medical Director manages crisis calls, ensuring your time off is truly yours.

• Base Salary: $150,000—$175,000+
