The Seattle YMCA is seeking a Homeless Prevention Case Manager to support the Stability and Reintegration Initiative (SRI) and broader prevention programs. You will work with youth aging out of detention to identify housing options within 90 days of release, supporting transitions to stable living arrangements and ongoing community reintegration.
