Lutheran Community Services NW seeks an Independent Living Case Manager for Refugee and Immigrant Youth in Seattle. You will provide case management and skill-building support to URM youth ages 15–20 preparing for community living.
A Bachelor's in social work is required; bilingual abilities and experience with immigrant populations are essential. You will partner with schools, agencies and families to promote wellbeing, safety and self-sufficiency.
