Lutheran Community Services NW is hiring for an Independent Living Case Manager within the URM Foster Care program in the Seattle area. You will provide case management, skill-building instruction, and youth support for refugee and immigrant youth aged 15–20 as they transition out of foster care.
You’ll develop and deliver curricula, plan community events, and collaborate with social workers to promote wellbeing and self-sufficiency.
