School Speech Language Pathologist - Seattle, WA

This contract position offers an engaging opportunity to work onsite, collaborating with educators and families to support K-12 students with diverse communication needs. You will play a vital role in fostering student growth and achievement across the district.

• Hold current WA SLP licensure and appropriate certification (CCC required)
• Fully fingerprinted through OSPI by the start date
• Previous experience serving school-aged populations, preferably K-12
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and IEP documentation
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 45 students

• Deliver speech-language therapy directly to students onsite
• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and update goals as necessary
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements

This opportunity offers a structured 37.5-hour workweek within a supportive, collaborative environment where you can truly see your impact across a diverse student population. The position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027, allowing you to shape educational experiences throughout the school year.
