Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking a Community Justice (L.E.A.D.) Case Manager to support the REACH team in Seattle. You will provide engagement and intensive case management for roughly 25–30 individuals suspected of low-level offenses, coordinating with LEAD partners, housing providers, and service agencies.
You will help participants access housing and funding programs, develop individualized service plans, and advocate within the criminal justice system.
