Qualifications and

Experience:

• Holds an active Social Worker license and School Social Worker endorsement (#071)
• Demonstrates experience working within a school environment or providing services to children and adolescents
• Knowledgeable in crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for students and families
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with students, families, teachers, and administrators to identify and address barriers to learning
• Provide direct counseling, intervention, and support services to students
• Develop and implement intervention plans for at-risk students
• Participate in the creation and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
• Serve as a vital liaison between home, school, and community resources
• Maintain confidential and accurate records in accordance with district policies

This is an onsite, 35-hour per week contract position from October 21, 2026, through January 21, 2027. You'll step into a highly collaborative and supportive educational setting, where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will be seen every day.
