Ryther is a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children, youth, young adults and their families. The MAT Outreach Case Manager will perform outreach to houseless youth and people who use opioids, linking clients to treatment and health resources as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working Monday–Friday, 9–5 with a hybrid model of in-person and virtual work, you’ll leverage outreach and case management techniques to engage clients where they are and support recovery and access
